YOUR INFORMATION
Orders purchased will involve the collection of personal information including name, address and email.
When browsing we automatically receive your (IP) address, this information helps us send emails relating to new products and range launches. Only with your permission.
Personal information used to complete a transaction, credit card verification, delivery details and returns imply that you consent to the collecting and use of for that specific reason only.
Personal information in relation to marketing will be requested in the first instance as an option to opt in or out at check out.
If after you opt-in you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time by contacting us at Sonsie Boutique – gd@sonsieboutique.com.au
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted through Shopify who provide us with the online e-commerce platform in order to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Shopify uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) to secure all connections. TLS is an encryption protocol used to secure communication over internet. When a padlock icon is displayed on the address bar of your browser next to the URL that starts ‘https://’ then the connection uses TLS.
TLS applies to all connections to Shopify including our Store and connections with our customers.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase which is then deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and
other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your
purchase-related transactions.
We would recommend reading their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.
When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take
reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256
encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic
storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standard.

Returns
All return requests including faulty items must be submitted through the online platform.
Online purchases must be returned within 21 days of the original order date. Items can only be returned if the product is unused with the original tags still attached and in original condition.
If you have requested a refund, customers are responsible for paying the cost of return postage. Returns can also be brought back in person to the Store.
Items purchased on sale or discounted are final, and cannot be returned unless faulty. Please note the 21 days return policy also applies to faulty goods.
The following items are excluded from return due to hygiene, health and safety reasons:
-Perfume
-All Body Products
-Earrings
-Hosiery or Swimwear
Items also excluded if smelling strongly of perfume, cigarette smoke, or body odour.
Exchanges
Please note we do not offer exchanges for online orders by post. Please purchase the new item separately and then return the original purchase to us for a refund.
After receiving the returned item, refunds usually take 24-48 hours for approval and approx. 2 working days for payments to arrive.
As we do not accept responsibility for return items lost in transit, we recommend using a registered postal service for all returns.
ALL ORDERS
You will receive an email with shipping confirmation & tracking number (if applicable) after your order has been posted.
We inspect all items before dispatch and pack them safely. If you experience delays or an item is damaged upon arrival please check with your post office. Pls also email the Store if help is required.

All orders within Australia are sent via Shippit and Australia Post with tracking.
Orders under $150 Standard
Parcel Post - flat rate of $9.99, 500 gms.
Express Post orders under $200 - flat rate of $15.
After payment is received items will be posted within 1-2 business days. Please allow 5-7 working days for your item to arrive within Australia depending on peak times of the year.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are
sent via Australia Post.

Once payment is received all orders will be posted within 1-2 business days ,please allow up to 10-14 for delivery.
Payments are processed using Shopify Payments (Credit Card), PayPal and After Pay. Sonsie Boutique will never see your credit or debit card or bank details.

The Sonsie Boutique mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Sonsie Boutique (“Sonsie Boutique”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Sonsie Boutique’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Sonsie Boutique through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Sonsie Boutique. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Sonsie or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Sonsie Boutique mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
